Phlebotomy Technician Registration

The 9-week program meets in person one day per week with the possibility of reverting back to online/hybrid learning due to COVID-19.

After successful completion of the program, the student will receive a certificate of completion from the school (they are accredited) and will be eligible to take the NHA CPT exam to become a nationally certified phlebotomy technician.

Completed registration forms must be returned to the school within 5 days after you register online; otherwise, we cannot complete your registration, and it will be canceled.
