Phlebotomy Technician Registration

The 9-week program meets in person one day per week with the possibility of reverting back to online/hybrid learning due to COVID-19.

After successful completion of the program, the student will receive a certificate of completion from the school (they are accredited) and will be eligible to take the NHA CPT exam to become a nationally certified phlebotomy technician.

Completed registration forms must be brought to the school on the first day of class.. Please provide a copy of your High school diploma, GED or High school  transcript with the registration packet.

After registration is completed the school will contact you to confirm your registration.
