Medical Assistant Registration
This class will meet for 12 weeks in length and will be in a hybrid format. Class will meet on Thursday evenings from 6pm-8pm on Zoom. Class will also meet 3 Saturdays from 10am - 2pm for labs at the school.
After successful completion of the program, the student will receive a certificate of completion from the school and will be eligible to take the NHA CCMA exam to become a nationally certified clinical medical assistant.
Optional externship included in the 3rd month of class.
Completed registration forms must be scanned and emailed to the school before the first day of class. Registration packets must be emailed to: ventre25@yahoo.com. Please put your full name, class and start date in the title of the email. Please provide a copy of your High school diploma, GED or High school transcript with this email.
Payments are done via Zelle and must be paid before the start time of your class to be allowed into lecture. If you are paying under a different name or company name you need to notify the school immediately to let us know. Please call (219) 764-1855 to give us that information.
Once registration is completed the school will contact you to confirm registration and provide additional information about supplies and Zelle information.
